30 Day 'Change of Mind' Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction here at Diverse Threads, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order or you have simply changed you mind and no longer want your item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
- Item(s) to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer pays return shipping cost back to our returns department in San Diego, CA.
- For single item orders, we'll refund your order in full including your original shipping cost!
For multiple item orders where you are not returning the entire order, we'll refund you the price of the items returned. - Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition that you received it in.
- After we have received your returned item(s), we will make every effort to inspect your return and process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

30 Day Product Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color or style, so we offer you 30 days from the date of your delivery to do so.
- Item(s) to be returned within 30 days of delivery

- Shipping costs are non-refundable and store credit will be applied for merchandise only.
- Once item(s) has been returned, Diverse Threads will provide you with a store credit which you can use to purchase your new item(s).
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition that you received it in.
- After we have received your returned item(s), we will make every effort to inspect your return and process your store credit as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for your store credit to be processed.

Orders with Damage, Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
If your order arrives damaged, with a defect, misprint or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will organise a replacement for you at our expense.
Should you wish to opt for a refund instead of a replacement, then this will fall under our “change of mind” policy.

Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
